Populate the client browser and screen dimensions in a html form

Hi Experts,

I would like to capture the client side browser and screen size and fill two hidden HTML input form boxes with the captured values.
Why? :  I'd like to add this functionality to my support form.

I've found this script but can't get the values into the hidden value boxes.
