Software trust certificate

Hi,

I'm building a software, which I will then provide as a service.
I want to announce some good trust certificates to gain more people, Can anyone advice some of these certificates?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I think comodo is not what I need. I will not deliver my source code.

I will provide a software as a service, so that a user can only subscribe to this service.
What I need is to get a certificate to be written in my website footer for example so that when a user see it, he will gain more trust to my software, its security and/or it's strength .

If you are providing SaaS then your answer could be to use HTTPS which is clear indicator that you are using a valid certificate (otherwise the browser will display errors)

There are lots of Certificate Authorities (CA), here is a list of the ones included by default with Firefox

ِAnd what kind of credibility will it add to me?

About HTTPS, how much does it cost? I mean range.

You can get an SSL certificate for about $50
https://www.melbourneit.com.au/security/ssl-certificates/
http://www.whichssl.com/compare-ssl-certificates.html

With the SSL you also gain the right to include a badge stating you are using a specific CA.

The benefit here is that the user can have confidence that the site they are connected to is secure and is the site they intended to connect to.
