SBS 2011 IIS 7 issues with website

I cannot access my owa  from internal/external nor can I open the exchange management page after a third party tried to install software on my clients server.

Mail etc is working internally but don't want to mess around with iis and was wondering if there is a procedure to test why the above is not working

backups not a great option

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It sounds like another website is using port 80.

Go into IIS and see what websites you have installed. Are there any websites that relate back to the third party software?  If so stop them.

Make sure that the Default website is started.

Have you tried removing the Third party software?
TrenchControlAuthor Commented:
I have stopped all the sharepoint sites etc so the only site that is running is the default web site.

this default site has owa and exchange web neither of which is running.

I have restarted the iis admin service and no joy.
