"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The supported web browser are all very old. For instance IE 7 was released in 2006. If there are compatibility issues it could be the reverse and version they are using is too new rather than the other way around.

Have you tried downloading one of the supported browsers listed in the screenshot and testing

None of the browsers listed in that screen shot can be downloaded from the original source and some like Netscape don't even exist any more.

Their home page at https://services.intralinks.com/login/# has a different list of browser requirements.  I think you need to contact them to get a straight answer.

It seems your web application is too old and your current (Internet Explorer) browser have compatibility issue; please follow below steps

1. Open Internet Explorer,
2. Click on Tools Menu -> click Compatibility View settings
3. Under Add this website, enter the URL of your web application, Click Add
4. Close dialog box and IE, and Re-Open IE to check your web application

If you are really running browsers that old, I suggest you update them--if for no other reason than security reasons.
