SBS 2011 One or more Servers containers in your Exchange organization are empty - Source 325

Running Baseline Configuration  Analyzer, I get the  "One or more Servers containers in your Exchange organization are empty - Source 325".  I am following instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2487271 to address this issue, however there is no CN=Services container as described in the article.  I have thoroughly checked adsiedit.msc.  The only area where I have the CN=Servers container is in the CN=Systems container.  And that is not empty.  Not sure where else to look to address this issue.  We had upgraded in the past from SBS 2003.
