When I try to access a published app, I get a side-by-side error. This is a new build of Xenapp and I am just testing inside our network before I troubleshoot external access.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

These are always errors with Microsoft Redistributables. You need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package on all XenApp 7.6 servers. Here is the link for the x86 one.

Typically I see these kinds of issues with .Net. Did windows update run updates on .Net recently? Have you applied all new Xenapp hotfixes/patches/service packs?
