I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I was very happy to see your mail reply. Thank you.

I have been using the medication for 10 days, and as of now, I can't exactly assess my medical condition. However, I am getting good sleep and also relief from 100% nose blockage while sleeping. I have less witty (??) nose during the day time.

 Please let me know...

 1) What are the Do's and Don'ts
 2) Please let me know how I should continue from here.

A friend of mine will be coming to my place in 10 days, I want to have the medication in advance in order to avoid any gaps.  I want to keep following your advice.

I will appreciate if you can reply as soon as possible to arrange pickup of the  medicine. Please make sure you attach your prescription along with the medicine to avoid issues with the transportation authorities.

(I am not sure what "witty nose" is)

Could it be a wheezy or even a whistley nose.

I think mac_g is referring to the postal authorities (or perhaps a courier company)
