Authentication Failed when using Microsoft Windows Server 2012 iSCSI initiator to connect to AX4-5i

We are switching from using VMware to HyperV and we have a EMC AX4-5i SAN that we would like to continue utilizing. I have established connectivity to the SAN by confirming that I can ping the IP address of the StorageProcessors. When I use the Microsoft Windows iSCSI Initiator that is built-in to Windows Server 2012, I get Authentication Failed when I try to discover my SAN. I cannot find anything out there that would explain why it keeps failing to Authenticate. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We figured it out. Turns out we had a mis-match between the Initiator name on the windows iscsi setting and the chap setup on the AX4-5i.
