How can I avoid emergency window contact appears and stays in my desktop for a while?
I am using Skype for business and many times I am presenting a project or having some video meeting and suddenly a contact person chat appears in my desktop , I don't want this happens,, It would be great that happens as Sametime chats, that just the Skype icon "blinks" announcing that a new message has been delivered or arrived. Is there a way to achieve this?
I simply quit Skype in those situations. This prevents Skype activities without disabling your contacts. Start Skype back up when done the presentation .

Thank you Sir! , but unfortunately I forgot to mention in my question that I can not do that because I need to be online all the time, due I have to attend a help desk line. I do know this is not a big issue, but I remember when I used Sametime Chat software, that this was possible.
Go to Skype, Options, Notifications and turn off what you do not want to see. My Skype usually stays in the system tray because most of my settings are off.

Thanks anyway!!

@Apolo Victores - Thanks. I think it is just the way Skype works.
