Mikrotik Priority

I have an RB2011. I am having issues when we have many connections like this setup:

1. IP TV
2. IP Cams
3. WiFi Tablets and Laptops
4. AP

I need to make sure that i give priority to my IP TV so i can watch all needed without interruptions, then my IP cams and then my WiFi. How can i do this with an easy to understand way. I care more not o have freezing streaming. I have on port 7 the IP Tv if helps to do per port something.

My Connection is 1/8 but i notice i rarely get the 8mbs download so i am not sure what to do. I am close to 6-7 most times and .5 upload.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What you want to look at is a feature called QoS "Quality of Service", which defines configurable priority on different types of network traffic.
