NOTPRMUSER displaying in P6

We are getting a login of NOTPRMUSER for the login of who flagged a project to load in actuals for a few projects. There is no one who should have direct access to the database. Has anyone seen this before and what the explanation is?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That sounds to me like a system user like PUBUSER and PRIVUSER. What version of Primavera P6 is this?

I read an article and it said something about Primavera uses this hidden generic Oracle Primavera account if data is updated directly to Primavera database (in most cases) instead of a P6 module. However there is no one who has direct access to database. Any ideas why else it would show up?

as per this similar case on the internet (http://www.planningplanet.com/forums/oracle-primavera-pm6/579724/notprmuser-displaying-p6)
This is used to record an action by the user where the "update_user" or "create_user" column is generated when p6 ties to record Last Modified By (or Added By) column in the Activities View.

When an update is made from any P6 module (Project Management, P6 Web Access, API, SDK, etc.) the Last Modified By (update_user) or Added By (create_user) fields are populated with the name of the user that is logged into P6 making the particular update. So even using SDK could cause this.

This can also be seen if
  • P6 Job Services created/updated this particular record
  • The "Automatically fix errors" option was used when running Check Project Integrity
  • The project has been scheduled in P6 Web Access which is a bug

someone could have ran the tool to Check Project Integrity
