Still you have Exchange server in place with you please check in queue viewer if there are queues available. in case DNS connector delivery issue please check if any send connector you have configured to route e-mails over Office 365.

yes we have send connector for office 365
so check if smart host is getting resolved with office 365 dns name and also check queue viewer how many mails are stranded.

It should be resolved from your Hub or edge if available in your env.

i see mapi delivery and dns connector delivery  in queue viewer what is the meaning
can you try sending e-mail to yourself from exchange is it delivered or not? Also check if your mailbox services has any issue and any event is logged in event viewer.

did you confirm send connector smart host for Office 365 is getting resolved?

yes it is resolved

difference between mapi and dns connector delivery
Mapi delivery is which is getting stuck while mail are sent to mailbox server, please check if your mailbox servers are fine and there are no issues with disks space.

DNS connector means mails are getting stuck because DNS is not resolved or not able to connect.

Try suspend both queues and retry them.
