PopTray Rule is not working

I use PopTray 3.2 on a Windows 7 Professional SP-1 platform.  Today I configured a rule to delete messages from the server if they do not originate from at least one of the domain extensions which I enumerated in the rule.  However, messages from other domain extensions are not being deleted, and I would appreciate it if an expert would troubleshoot this rule:

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you try the K9 with Pop Tray?

I used to use Pop Tray but it stopped development in 2006 (prior to Windows 7) and does not always work in new systems.

I use Pop Peeper instead.

Thank you for your comment.  I didn't try the K9.   However, I think I may have found the problem.  One of the rows in the problematic rule is to check whether the "From" field contains ".it".   The messages which weren't deleted originated from a domain extension ".site". which does contain ".it".   I'll try removing that row and see whether that helps, then post again.

That definitely was the problem.  I'll need to add specific rules to deal with domain suffixes which "conflict" with legitimate domains.  For example,  preserving messages from .it allows messages from .site, and preserving messages from .edu allows messages from .eu.

Thank you for your input.
