How to automatically update a formula after typing the last value.

I have a formula that substract total expenses from total sales. However I would like to get the net profit average after day number 2, 3 and so on...located in  column "P" or if it is not possible in column "Q".

The info is in the Menu Details worksheet.

Any help will be very much appreciated

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, so it's difficult to decode the headings.

Experts, FYI - the sheet is named 'DETALLE DE MENUS' and is currently hidden on the supplied workbook.
