I have a Oracle DB integrating with CRM. CRM pulls data and Oracle and inserts to Account and Opportunity entities via the Organization Service.
I have work flows that are configured based on the fields modified by the integration but if there are multiple updates to a particular field even though the same data is updated CRM detects it as a change and triggers the WF.
i.e. I have a stage called application entry when the same application entry value is past to the field and the previous entry is Application Entry CRM detects it as a change and triggers the WF.
Is there anything we can do to avoid this from happening.
