I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you Yoda from the Star Wars saga ?
You speak like him ... Yoda always said very little and what he said was very cryptic.
I had to watch an episode 4 or 5 times to understand what he meant ...

If you want help ... be precise in explaining what you want.
And don't be cryptic ...

I'm not sure what technologies you are looking for help with.

Oracle is very good about logging.  If there is a problem on startup, check the appropriate logs.

I've not set up a RAC cluster so I'm not sure of the specific logs.

Luckily there is an entire chapter on troubleshooting the cluster in the documentation:
Troubleshooting Oracle Real Application Clusters

Thank you for your comment . few thing adding to my issue  . our oracle dbs are running on the windows Cluster and windows  VM
our core switch power went off and after that we had this issue . I hope cluster ip publish in the switch may keep the heartbeat for active and the passive may lost after restart ? I am not too sure that word heartbeat    is the right word for that

you are running a RAC on a windows VM ?

a RAC is for high availabilty (you choose for 2 or more physical nodes)
and for performance ... more nodes give more cpu, etc ...

which idiot decided to put that on VM ?

i am assuming ... you have setup 3 windows VM nodes
which ultimately are running on the same physical box ?

you can at least verify if the vm nodes are not running on the same physical box ?

>> that we had this issue

Issues typically involve error messages.  Error messages are typically written to a log somewhere.  We'll need error messages to be able to assist.

>>on the windows Cluster and windows  VM

I also hope you are running a supported virtualization product.  If so, I would probably open an SR with Oracle Support on this issue.

I don't think our windows VM is free and there is a oracle support thing . I will check the log and share any information available

>> there is a oracle support thing .

If you don't know what VM product you are running and call Oracle Support a "thing", I take it you are not the system administrator or the DBA?

Since you seem to know you are running clustering and had an outage that potentially did some "bad" things that you cannot tell us about, I would strongly encourage you to hire a local consultant that is familiar with the products you are running.

When it comes to a single instance of Oracle, one small mistake can make a situation MUCH WORSE.  This is ever worse when you are clustered.
