App and Databse issue after switch power off
Database cluters can create any Issue after netwok connectivity issue between Application and database disconnection due to power issue on the core switch .
Or any other Couse of the problem due to connectivity

not a complain . Just I am asking your comment on the issue that address in the above due to the nature of the troubleshoot not so easy with the finding . I hope your experience can share the some thoughts

Thank you for your comment . few thing adding to my issue . our oracle dbs are running on the windows Cluster and windows VM
our core switch power went off and after that we had this issue . I hope cluster ip publish in the switch may keep the heartbeat for active and the passive may lost after restart ? I am not too sure that word heartbeat is the right word for that

I don't think our windows VM is free and there is a oracle support thing . I will check the log and share any information available
