Best disk cloning software?

We have and used Ghost 2003 and 10, but now seems not to work with the later drives...

Suggestions on newest and best cloning software?

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I like http://www.macrium.com/ for a paid product.

This has a nice, intuitive interface and it can make clones of everything I have thrown at it....Windows 7/8/10, even a VMware 6.0 server machine and all of the VMs with it.

Clonezilla for a free option.

Active Protection takes the fight to cryptojacking

While there were several headline-grabbing ransomware attacks during in 2017, another big threat started appearing at the same time that didn’t get the same coverage – illicit cryptomining.

If you want to clone HDD to SSD then Migrate OS to SSD: https://www.paragon-software.com/technologies/components/migrate-OS-to-SSD/index.html
If simple or scheduled HDD copies are needed then Drive Copy 15 Pro: https://www.paragon-software.com/home/dc-professional/

Can i clone disks like i would normally do (using external USB sata converter and internal disk in dos type mode with macrium?
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
You can do it with Drive Copy 15 from a Boot CD (WinPE or Linux or DOS).
nobusCommented:
the reason it does not work in a dos environment is probably that DAs  does not have the drivers for USB loaded; - if you can load them, it should work also
so i suggest the easiest is using a windows environment, as the paragon software does

**there are many others that will work also
