Will do. I also had Outlook regenerate is content.outlook temp folder for attachments to a fresh directory since I read that had been a cause of this exact problem but is supposed to be fixed in SP1 which is applied.

Hello! I have a user who intermittently has the problem where she attaches a few documents to an email, sends them, and the documents swap names around. So Document A switches names with Document B, but both documents retain their original content. This is observable in her sent mail as well. She uses Outlook 2010 all up to date on a win 7 pro machine. Why would this happen? So far it is just with Excel files.
