Adobe Acrobat XI Standard: White bar across top of screen, cannot click Close box.
Good Morning, Experts,
I have a single Dell system that is having an odd issue. Anytime the user opens Adobe Acrobat 11.0.0.11 Standard, there is a white bar at the top of the screen, blotting out half the Toolbar. The Toolbar and its icons are still functional (a bit tough to see). However, nothing above that white bar is functional, so the user cannot click on the top of the window, or click the red X to close the application. The only to close Acrobat is to End Task.
I have done the following to try and resolve the issue:
- Run a Change -> Repair. No change
- Run Adobe Updater, and updated to the above mentioned 11.0.0.11 version. No change.
