Application to convert MBR to GPT

I have a question. Does anyone out there know of an application that could possibly convert a current bootable MBR image to a bootable GPT image. We currently use Clonezilla to create images for deployment on our workstations. The newer workstations use GPT for boot rather than MBR. Anyone know of a solution? Thanks

I just used that application and it says GPT formatted disk not bootable. Any suggestions?
