I am getting below error

we are having issues with Outlook Web App connectivity (External) transaction warnings.

looks pretty straight-forward to me...invalid username or password

it says service account so how it is invalid username or password

does this account have a mailbox?

If you are testing owa connectivity for a user you need to specify its username and password and that user needs to have a mailbox.
