email client, non exchange, with filters

I need an email client that will connect to comcast and download emails. It will need to resend some, and print all, so I do need filters / rules that will allow printing and re-send with particular words in the subject line.

This will be running on a windows 2012 std server.

Thunderbird has filters that can forward a received message based upon the subject line and move those to a folder. I suppose you could set up some sort of app that watches a folder and prints what's in it.

Yep.  I've tried Thunderbird previously with no luck. This newer version is better and the Filtaquilla add-on does the printing just fine.
