calendar and categories outlook 2010

thisi is an email i received. i guess the secretary is color coding (category) a calendar item and sending it within the firm. the sender has the color, but the invitee does not. any ideas why?

, Rhonda is color coding (DMT entries should be purple), but my calendar doesn’t reflect her codes.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
