I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

know the location of PST file by following the given instructions:

File >> Options >> Account Settings >> Account Settings >> Data File

Hope, this will help you to find out the location of PST File which you saved lately.

Thanks

Very good post here http://www.groovypost.com/howto/microsoft/outlook/find-the-microsoft-outlook-temporary-olk-folder/ that shows where the files are stored for various versions.

Thanks

Hi ttrbrtsn,

You have not mentioned which version of MS Outlook you are using. So I would like to share few locations of Outlook versions.

For Outlook 2010 and 2013, follow these steps:
Location: Open File Menu -> Choose Account Settings -> Account Setting -> Location (C:\Users\admin\...\Outlook Files\ xxxx.pst)
For Outlook 2007-
Location: Click Tools Menu -> Account Settings.. -> Click Data File Tab -> Click the Open File Location.

I hope the above information will be helpful for you.

Thanks & Regards
Lisa
