Not very familiar with dropbox, but I presume that if your share is hosted on a server, deploy dropbox to that server and sync with the directory, then users connecting to that share from their PC would simply have direct access to the share to make their changes etc, while the server handles the syncing to the cloud. Would this work for you?

EDIT: Quickly googled for suggestions out of interest, and located this article which gives the below suggestion: link. Credit to the author of course.

1 Create a folder on any local drive
Example
(c:\Dropbox)
2 Hit the Windows or start button and choose Run:
3 Type: CMD to bring up a command prompt window
4 Load a command prompt and use the following :
subst x: c:\Dropbox
This will create what looks like a normal internal drive linking to that directory
5 Open Dropbox and Choose advanced installation. Choose the folder you’ve created (x:\)
6 Finish Dropbox installation
7 Quit dropbox immediately after finishing installation
8 Return to command prompt and remove the virtual drive mapping with
subst x: /d
9 Map the drive to your network drive/NAS.
10 Open any windows window
11 Press Map Network Drive
12 Assign the Mapped Drive to X
13 Choose the Network Drive Location you’d like Dropbox to sync to
14 Re-open Dropbox

Can it be done that I install Dropbox on local computer but then select sync folder located on shared (network) location?

According to the edited suggestion it would allow you to remap the substituted drive to your shared location. I have not tested this, but the theory is sound, give it a whirl, and I think it should work.

The first mapping goes to a substituted drive locally at point 4.
Once Dropbox is setup, you replace this mapping at point 8 by removing the local mapping, then remapping it to the share on your network at point 9-12, effectively tricking dropbox into using a network share.
