Forward emails in outlook while dropping the senders address

I need to setup a rule or some way to be able to forward an email I receive to someone else while dropping the original senders name and address. Basically make it anonymous.

We are running o365 and outlook 2013.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

U can try from there by adding forwarding SMTP address or creating forwarding rule. Please test by creating test mailboxes.
