When I look through the powershell script, there are some weird mailbox DB:

[PS] C:\>Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | Ft Name, Database -AutoSize

Name Database
---- --------

So what is the best thing to do with those above mailboxes, Move it or delete it ?

how can I safely migrate it to another mailbox database or does it have to be the same DB for those three above ?

You need to move them to another mailbox store or delete them using Remove-mailbox -Arbitration command for that store.

Do not delete the Arbitration mailbox, instead move Arbitration by following command and then delete the required database.

If you delete the Arbitration mailbox then you have to recreate it by running setup /prepareAD

Get-Mailbox -Database "Source Database Name" -Arbitration | New-MoveRequest -TargetDatabase "Target Database Name"
