SSRS Code project

I am starting an SSRS code project and I need a general road map of the things that I need to think about.  Some of the things that I have are:
Architecture
Installation
Role of Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS)
Report Creation with the Wizard
Report Creation with the Report Designer
Reports Deployment
Security Configuration

I feel that I need to go into more detail.  Does anyone have a document that contains the topics in more detail?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't actually have anything in hard copy, but I think you're approaching it well. I would only suggest maybe broadening the focus a bit.  Assuming the SSRS project is a development within a firm of some sort, I might structure it like this:

Business requirements
     Report Readers/Users
Different reporting needs, ie., management, teams, individuals
Security
     General Configuration, ie., Kerberos
Security at the server level, the report level and the data level
Installation
     SSRS
     BIDS/ VS
Design
     Architecture
     Report Creation
            Wizard
            Report Designer
     Reports Deployment
Administration
    Upgrades, maintenance, DR, etc.

Again, I think you are approaching it well.  Far too many people get well beyond this point before they vest any effort into a project plan.  Proactive administration is an excellent approach to take.

This is also a reference I think you should read:

The overview, planning and pre-reqs would probably fit into your plan very well.
