Convert image

I have very basic knowledge of photoshop level. I wonder how can I convert a color image so that it looks like the attached example.

Expanding upon the comment from @Dan Craciun above:

To get the same color balance as the example image you attached, you'll want to use the "Tint" section in that Black and White window to get the yellow hue shown.

To do this, you select the checkbox and adjust the hue to be the color you want, then drag the saturation level to the percentage you want (this changes how much of the color you want to show, use a low % if you want it to be faint)
