I have ONE client on exchange 2010 Version 14.1 (Build 218.15) that encounter something strange.
He wont receive any email (outlook/iphone) from outside/inside until he send an email from himself to himself, then all email are received at that time ...
any clues ?
Thanks

Perhaps remake the Outlook Profile. Control Panel, Mail, delete the Outlook Profile and make a new one. See if that helps.
is it happening for all users or only single user?
ASKER
@John That would be my last resort ...
Only one user
Only one user
Making a new Outlook Profile for an Exchange user is no big deal, so it is worth a try.
Create a local PST on his computer by exporting his mailbox.
Once the PST is created and of the right size, remove his exchange mailbox and create him a new one.
Re-create his Outlook profile, then re-import his mail from the PST file saved in above steps.
Hopefully will sort any weird issues!
