On the Outlook app side.. goto send and receive groups... change the scheduled send and receive. It's probably going off line.

I have a user that hen he logs into our o365 web based outlook, he gets logged out after 15mins of idle time. So I'm thinking his session is set for public and not private. <br />

How can I get him logged in as private? Right now he is being automatically logged in.
