"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This particular board is getting fairly dated, having been released back in 2007.

While it has a PCI Express x16 slot, video card availability and usability would depend greatly on what operating system (and if it's 32-bit or 64-bit) you're running.  This particular board was made to support Windows Vista, and while there are some drivers available for Windows 7, not everything on that board is fully supported.

The motherboard supports any PCI Express x16 1.0 video card with 32-bit drivers.

Here's a list of available 1.0 models available through Newegg:

I would strongly recommend you flash your BIOS to 0413 prior to installation of the video card to ensure everything is up to date:

look first what power supply you have - or post the pc model
for most cards take a lot of power
you can calculate the power you need here  : http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

"Best" is hugely subjective - what do you want to use it for?  If you were a hard-core gamer, a casual surfer or a CAD designer your graphics needs would be very different and your idea of what the "Best" card could do would vary considerably.
