I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. It ultimately depends on what you have in the system right now.  This model has (4) SATA ports -- if you factor (1) port for a single hard drive, and (1) port for an optical drive, this would allow you to have (2) additional ports for the additional hard drives you're wanting!
According to user manual this model has place for primary hard drive plus additional hard drive - both 3,5". But you can mount third hard drive at the place of secondary optical drive, but you will need 5,25" to 3,5" adapter for third hard drive.
It has 4 sata connectors, sou you will be fine with optical drive and thee hard drives.
