I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can download the QB installer from Intuit, but you still need the License Key and Product Code (both) that they emailed to you. The installer download needs that.

QB V2012 is out of support but you can try contacting Intuit Support to see if they can provide the License Key and Product Code. They have done this for me for current versions when the client has misplaced their license information.
