I am looking for some software or web app that can help me keep track of customers and contacs in general. I have used salseforece and it doesnt do what i need. <br />

I am looking for a mix of salesforce options and a little facebook like. <br />

for example <br />

John Smith is a customer and i can add his wife Jane Smith and somehow link them and then i can add their child at some point who may or may not be a customer. then i would like to link them to Bob Roberts because they work together.....etc etc <br />

i just dont know where to start looking any suggestions ?
