html 5 Phone app in Visual Studio 2013

Hi

I recently built my first html5 ASP.net site  in Visual Studio 2013.
Is it possible to build a mobile phone app using html5?
I'm not sure where to start?

Most apps just display a webview, with the source being the site you just built. So, if you site works well with the browsers (iPhone's or Android's own built-in browser), and it even looks good (no formatting issues, no tables that look out of place etc), your app will take minutes to build (the app itself is just a webview with your website's address as the source though, it's not HTML5 itself).
You still have to go the regular way of building an app (SDK from Apple or Android), but since the website is working properly, it doesn't require that much coding in your app, the correct link in the correct webview window).
If it DOESN'T look good in one of the browsers, you have to start coding more complicated routines (take live elements from the site, and display it properly in the app). The app building now takes days or weeks instead of minutes.
