"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

VPN is generally the solution for all things blocked in China (it's how they use twitter, facebook etc). Usually, they find their own trusted VPN provider, and pay them a periodic fee for the service.
However, if you have a reliable SSL VPN service in place that routes ALL traffic properly (including DNS requests), then you can add a new user to that system and pass along the info to that one client. The client, if all is setup properly, will now have Gmail, Youtube, Twitter etc etc as all traffic is coming from your VPN server, and not from the blocked internet. Though, the client has to properly log in the VPN, every time they want to use it.
