I have artwork in Adobe Illustrator vector format. It has many layers. While in Adobe AI I tried to scale to 18 percent and it seemed to lose a lot (bits and pieces were missing). I tried to flatten the artwork but it still has all of the layers. Any suggestions? I have other tools like Photoshop CC2015, and AutoCAD 2014. I think it saves as a later version of AutoCAD (Even the dxf file didn’t work). As an ai file it is very crisp and clean. &nbsp;<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maybe there is a prerequisite to flattening? &nbsp;On a scale of 1 to 10 with Adobe Illustrator; I am about a 4 or a 5. &nbsp;Thank you for any help.

Illustration software is distinguished from photo-editing software in that the result is an original construction, rather than the manipulation of a photograph.
