"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What kind of server is this? Is this virtual server or physical server?

configure the domain controller that has the PDC emulator role as the authoritative time server then all other domain systems will get time from that and adjust accordingly

you can use pool.ntp.org for your external time source

http://www.pool.ntp.org/en/

if this is a virtual machine, make sure the host is not configured to sync with the guest
