How do I send a SOAP request to an endpoint via Microsoft VS C++?

I have a small C++ application.
I need to send a SOAP request to a service in MS VS C++.

Here is what I have:

1) A complete soap request (wrapped in a soap envelope)
2) A service endpoint and port.

I would just like to send the soap envelope to the endpoint.

This is not a WCF service or something with a generated WSDL.
I just have an endpoint and port number I want to send a request to.

What is the simplest/most straightforward way to achieve this?

You can use the SoapClient class. A seven-step example is at the top of this MSDN page.
