I forgot about this but ultimately in the end it must have been the power management in Windows 8 that was the culprit. &nbsp;I disabled it and have not had as issue since.

I have a Windows 8 workstation that has connectivity issues every morning. &nbsp;Every morning we need to disconnect the network adapter then re-connect it again so the workstation can be accessed by the rest of the network. &nbsp;The workstation is a Windows 8.1 virtual machine hosted on ESXi 5.5. &nbsp;The other guests on the host have no issues. &nbsp;I have tried to delete the NIC and &nbsp;change the type from E1000 to VMX but it did not help. &nbsp;Any idea what may be happening here?
