Copy Format in multiple tabs based on text matching master list

I have a spreadsheet with a master list (class titles) which is color coded based on the class title status (done with conditional formatting).  On my Site 1 and 2 tabs I would like the class titles to be color coded the same as it is on the master list and changed as the master list is updated.

Does it need to be done with VBA?  Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Ron

Please find the attached workbook.
The Sheets Site1 and Site2 contain Worksheet Activate Event Code, so once you activate these sheets, Classes will be formatted as per the condition set on Master List.
