Can I share an Outlook Calendar without Exchange

I would like to have a real time share of an Outlook Calendar between a few users. There is no Exchange setup. I have used Public ShareFolder (a third party software package for this purpose) for this in the past but would like another option if one is available. I know there are Calendar sharing programs that don't use Outlook but my customer would like to use Outlook.

Outlook is not supported on a network share and you can damage the PST file by doing this. So you really cannot do this without Exchange or Hosted Exchange (good for small shops).
You can create a shared group calendar without Exchange by creating a calendar via Windows Live Calendar.
This might be the easiest approach without the need to invest in 3rd party tools.
