70 DC's on 2008 R2 upgrading to Server 2012 R2

Hi experts

i am about to update the domain functionality by introducing my first server 2012 R2 domain controller.  I have a concern with the number of DC's in our environment would it have any problems?  has anyone ever made a similar upgrade witht he number of DC's?  are there any gothcyas i should be looking for?
