"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If doing 2013 hybrid, you can use the "Autodiscover domain feature" as described here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/dn249970.aspx

According to EOP team, FQDN of servers should be included in the certificates.

FYI You cannot add internal names in the certificate in any 3rd party certificate in the near future. It is already stopped by almost all 3rd party CAs.
