Workaround to attach USB devices into VM's running on Hyper V

I have a pc running Windows 8.1.
I use Hyper-V to virtualize some computers running Windows 7.
It is urgent for me, that these virtual Windows 7 machines can communicate directly to usb-devices connected to the host. I know that this is not a build in feature (I think I know :-)  )

Is there a work-around or maybe some 3. part software that makes this possible?

I know this is a feature of VM-Ware but this is not an option.

Input are appreciated :-)

you can do it via installing the USB redirector on the hyper v host. Refer the link
