MS Outlook 2010 - keeps asking for password

This question is more cause its annoying me and hoping that will stop.

I just accepted a new post, so its been this problem for long time.  Since the users/colleagues can remember always had problem (some more than others) in that pops up the window with credentials. Some are asked 1 or 2 times per day. Others, every 5 min, others every few hours.

- I thought was in the registry with the store, I gave permissions in the registry to the user logged in user. - did not work.
- I also gave full Admin rights to the user to the local machine. - did not work

That window keeps on pooping up for the credentials..!
