I want to prevent people from editing my emails when forwarding to another person on outlook 2013. please help

there is no method of stopping or blocking the editing of quoted text, be it forwarded emails or anything else.

Email is inherently insecure. The most you could do is roll out PKI to help stop the changing of email headers but not the body of the messages.

technically it is not possbile. but if you want to prevent the forwarding of your email, then you can download the below Outlook add in

You could type everything in Word and then save it to a PDF and attach it to the email. Unless they have Acrobat Pro or something to edit PDF's, that would keep them from doing it. Otherwise, you can't control what people do with the message.
