Have you got HP's iLO port connected up? Be worth getting onto that and viewing the IML logs before doing any Raid rebuilds - you would lose the data on there for a start and have to start again if you have no external storage via SAS, ISCSI or FC

I have an HP Server ML350 G6 running VMWARE with 2 virtual machines. &nbsp;One of the 4 300GB SAS Drives went bad so I swapped it with another drive that is of the exact model. &nbsp;There is no activity on the 4th drive that I replaced. &nbsp;No blinking lights and no lights at all. &nbsp;I am new to VMWARE so is there a way to rebuild the RAID 5 array?
