I am examining some processes in my WINDOWS 2008  server which is causing high LDAP query

I see TCPV6 enabled, it is windows server 2008 , should it be disabled as it can cause high cpu usage

i ran wire shark , how should I filter what packets are taking more time

also I process explorer, I see lsass.exe very high , but when I go to properties
 I see only tcp connection
